In reply to nick antonopoulos. You won’t get any zoom out of it like in DSLRs. Smartphones sensors additionally limited by poor resolving power of their tiny lenses.

I can’t see any logic to put hundreds of megapixels on a sensor under crappy 6 mpx lenses except for marketing purposes.

Just think about that: more megapixels means more optical zoom.You can crop without loose quality.Making a 13,5mp picture from a 108mp sensor is 8x optical zoom…And that is a big deal for a smartphone size…
